SUBSTANCE: as a basis of compositions using heated up to 70-80°C industrial oil and/or a mixture of industrial oils with added at constant hashing primary aliphatic amines with long hydrocarbon chains C16-C22. Advanced composition injected oil dewaxing products the following component ratio, wt %: industrial oil and/or their mixtures 78-20%, 2-10% aliphatic amines, dewaxing of petroleum products and/or their mixtures 20-70%. The second option includes the composition as a basis to recharge 70-80°C industrial oil and/or a mixture of industrial oils with added at constant hashing neutral calcium sulfonates and stearilamina acetate the following component ratio, wt %: industrial oil and/or their mixtures 94-97%, neutral calcium sulfonate 1-2% stearilamina 2-4% acetate.

EFFECT: obtaining homogeneous, with good fluidity and uniformity of distribution on the surface of the granules of mineral fertilizers a conditioning composition.
