SUBSTANCE: conditioning composition for mineral fertilisers comprises primary amines with a hydrocarbon chain length of C17-C20, and the base of the composition includes vegetable oils and/or their mixtures pre-heated to 60°C until obtaining a uniform homogeneous mixture, with the addition of primary amines and/or their mixtures. All components are taken at a certain ratio. The method for preparing the conditioning composition for mineral fertilisers is to use primary amines with a hydrocarbon chain length of C17-C20. The basis of the composition is taken as vegetable oils and/or their mixtures pre-heated to 60°C until obtaining a uniform homogeneous mixture, then primary amines and/or their mixtures are added, the resulting mixture is kept at a constant temperature of 65-85°C, stirring constantly for at least 2 hours.

EFFECT: inventions enable to obtain the compound having simple composition, environmentally friendly and efficient, by replacing the petroleum hydrocarbon solvent to the plant to prevent caking and flaking of a wide range of mineral fertilisers.
