FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: before applying the inner coating, the pipe ends are calibrated. In the calibration area, an inner protective bushing is placed, having sealing elements at its ends, and in the middle - a centralizer and a ring of heat-insulating material. During the joint assembly process, the cavity between the pipe and the protective bushing is sealed with sealing elements. The sealing elements of the bushing are equipped with movable washers, which can interact with the transition between the calibrated and uncalibrated pipe parts during the assembly. The bushing is equipped with cones extending to the middle and made with the possibility to interact from the inside with the sealing elements during the assembly under the action of washers, with sealing the cavity between the pipe and the protective bushing. Before assembling, antifriction material is applied on the sealing elements from the outside and from the inside.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce labour consumption due to eliminating the double calibration of pipe ends, to provide reliable protection against corrosion of welded joints of pipelines with internal anticorrosive coating, having high working pressure, and to reduce the force load during axial contraction of the pipes.
