FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pipe connection includes butt welded pipes with a corrosion protection coating that is distant from pipe end faces, and a sleeve arranged in them under the butt, which has heat-resistant composition on outer side in the middle of the length between fasteners. On the sleeve edges there are annular cavities on outer side, which are filled with a sealant. Fasteners have possibility of interacting with end faces of pipe corrosion protection coating. The sleeve is made from wear-resistant material with flares on ends, which is covered on outer side with corrosion protection coating similar to internal coating of pipes, which is located from pipe end faces at the distance of thermal destruction of corrosion protection coating. Annular cavities on the sleeve ends are formed with flares and elastic seals fixed at some distance from them on outer side, which seal the space between coatings. Fasteners are made in the form of washers between corresponding seals of heat-resistant composition of washers, which are installed between corresponding seals and heat-resistant composition, or end faces of heat-resistant composition that is arranged between seals. Sealant is made in the form of hot-melt adhesive.
EFFECT: invention improves the connection reliability.
