FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for controlling the integrity of a polymer antifiltration screen includes measuring the electrical resistance in the construction period between the screen coating and the base, transferring the electrode attached to the screen in the corner point by marked squares with the side of 1×1 m. The electrode recessed into the screen base remains stationary, and sealing the screen edges after the implementation of all control operations. Attaching the portable electrode to the screen is provided by pressing in the horizontal position by means of special adhesive strips.
EFFECT: method is characterized by increased accuracy and efficiency, can be used when checking the continuity of coatings made of electrical insulating materials based on polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other polymers.
