FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibratory crusher comprises of a housing 1 with an upper charging hole 2, an inner cone 3 and a flange 4. The crushing body has a cone 5 to the bottom of which a disk 7 is attached by means of an axial rod 6. There is an annular slotted gap 8 (crushing chamber) with an annular discharge hole 9 between the working surfaces of the cones. There is an annular guiding apron 10 at the lower end of the cone 5. It has the form of a tapering cone. There are upper unbalanced-mass vibration generators 11 in the disc 7 on its peripheral part. In the disc 7, closer to the center, under the annular discharge hole 9, through holes 12 are provided. They are distributed around the circumference and intended for the crushed material to pass. There is an annular guiding apron 13 similar to the apron 10 in the central part of the disc 7 and at the lower end. A platform 14 is mounted below the disc 7. It has lower unbalanced-mass vibration generators 15 mounted on its peripheral part. Through holes 16 are also made below the holes 12 right next to the center, circumferentially and intended for the crushed material to pass. The platform 14 is mounted on a support 17 by means of the lower-level springs 18. The disc 7 of the crushing body is mounted on the platform 14 by means of middle-level springs 19, and the casing 1 is mounted on the disc 7 through its flange 4 by means of the upper-level springs 20.
EFFECT: provision of almost complete isolation of the support against unbalanced dynamic forces due to the use of the vibration damping effect.
