FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method involves equipping a crusher with distance sensors controlled over computer, and gauge disc R attached rigidly to unbalanced mass vibration generator of crusher, so that disc R plane is always perpendicular to rotation axis of unbalanced mass vibration generator. Sensors measure distance to disc R, calculate spatial position of disc R plane, and on its basis circular oscillation amplitude of internal case is defined. In turn, amplitude is used to calculate unloading slot size and compare it to saved slot parameter in computer. If parameter adjustment is required by the comparison results, the computer sends guiding command to hydrocylinders to change position of adjustment ring. Control of adjustment ring position is performed by control distance sensor mounted on flange of upper case part.
EFFECT: improved quality if material crushing, increased life time of crusher.
