Each modem 3.1 (3.2) contains a transceiving antenna 8.1 (8.2), a master oscillator 9.1 (9.2), a discrete message source 10.1 (10.2), a phase manipulator 11.1 (11.2), a first heterodyne 12.1 (12.2), a first mixer 13.1 (13.2), amplifier 14.1 (14.2) of the first intermediate frequency, a first power amplifier 15.1 (15.2), a duplexer 16.1 (16.2), a second power amplifier 17.1 (17.2), a second local heterodyne 18.1 (18.2), a second mixer 19.1 (19.2), an amplifier 20.1 (20.2) of the second intermediate frequency, the multiplier 21.1 (21.2), the bandpass filter 22.1 (22.2) and the phase detector 23.1 (23.2).
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of remote control of underground communication drainage protection device by applying duplex radio communication between control and dispatching points using two frequencies and complex signals with phase manipulation.
