SUBSTANCE: each radio complex 1 mounted on vehicles comprises a reader 2, a transceiver 3, a master oscillator 4, a duplexer 5, a transmitting-receiving antenna 6, high frequency amplifiers 7 and 19, phase detectors 8 and 25, a pseudo-random sequence generator 9, a timer 10, a microcontroller 11, a multiplier 12 and 23, a narrow-band filter 13, a phase manipulator 14, local oscillators 15 and 20, mixers 16 and 21, a first intermediate frequency amplifier 17, a power amplifier 18, a second intermediate frequency amplifier 22, a bandpass filter 24 and a registration unit 26. Each radio-frequency tag comprises a piezoelectric crystal 28, a microstrip transmitting-receiving antenna 28, electrodes 29, bus bars 30 and 31, a set of reflectors 32. The radio complex 33 installed in the dispatching center comprises a transmitting-receiving antenna 34, a duplexer 35, a high-frequency amplifier 36, local oscillators 37 and 45, mixers 38 and 46, a second intermediate frequency amplifier 39, a multiplier 40, a bandpass filter 41, a phase detector 42, 43, a phase manipulator 44, a third intermediate frequency amplifier 47, a power amplifier 48, an interface 49, and a computer 50.
EFFECT: improving the reliability of monitoring the performance of urban transport schedule by using radio frequency tags, two frequencies and complex signals with phase manipulation.
