SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of the series 5-hydroxy-4,7-dimethyl-2-oxo-2H-chromene-6,8-dicarbaldehyde, namely N',N'"-((5-hydroxy-4,7-dimethyl-2-oxo-2H-chromene-6,8-diyl)bis(methanylydene))bis(4-bromo benzohydrazide) of the formula 1 having the properties of the ambidentate chromogenic and fluorescent chemosensor for mercury (II) cations and fluoride -anions.
EFFECT: improved properties.
