SUBSTANCE: invention relates to luminescent compounds with heterocyclic 2,2'-bipyridine nucleus, specifically to 1-(4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-[2,2'-bipyridin]-6-yl)-N,N-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)methanamine
– monomolecular chemical sensor for fluorescent determination of Zn2+ cations in vitro.
EFFECT: creation of ligand 2,2'-bipyridine series, the structure of which provides saturation of the coordination sphere of the Zn2+ ion with simultaneous increase in emission by photoexcitation of the obtained metal complex, which makes it a "turn-on" chemosensor (probe) for Zn2+ ions.
