FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: hydrodynamic filter consists of a cylindrical body with an inlet, outlet and drain nozzles and a cover. A filter element is installed in the housing with a clearance to its inner wall. At the entrance to the gap in the inlet nozzle is installed a flow divider. The inlet connection is connected to the drain line of the hydraulic system. In the upper part of the body is installed a container communicating with the body and filled with an inert gas or air. The fins on the outer walls of the body are finned.
EFFECT: simultaneous filtration of the removal of dissolved gases from the working fluid and its cooling in one device and in one process, increasing the reliability of the system by reducing the tendency to cavitation, reducing noise during operation, reducing the size of the system using the claimed hydrodynamic filter.
