HYDRAULIC SYSTEM TANK Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic systems of different machines. SUBSTANCE: tank contains two sections divided by hermetically sealing partition, regulated backpressure and check valves, air filter-breather, main line filter, suction holes, drain and leakoff inputs. First section of tank is connected through press-off check valves with suction spaces of additional pump and control circuit pump and through air filter-breather, with atmosphere, through regulated backpressure valve, with working liquid space, and through air lock, with air space of second section. Second section is furnished with partitions - baffles and it is provided with built-in sealed space of main line filter communicating with main volume of second section through check valve with flow divider, is connected through branch pipe furnished with lock with suction space of main pump, through check valves, with pressure spaces of main and additional pumps, and through press-off check valve, with make-up line of hydraulic cylinder spaces. Drain outlet of hydraulic system is connected to first section of tank through outlet hole of backpressure valve. Common drain outlet and drain outlet of additional pump are connected to hermetically sealed space of main line filter. EFFECT: reduced losses of working liquid. 9 cl, 11 dwg
