FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: polyethylene composition for shaped articles is disclosed and has the following characteristics: 1) density from 0.945 to 0.952 g/cm3, preferably from 0.948 to 0.951 g/cm3, as determined in accordance with ISO 1183 at 23°C; 2) the ratio MIF/MIP 15 to 30, in particular from 17 to 29, wherein MIF - melt flow index is at 190°C with a load of 21.60 kg, a MIP - is the melt flow index at 190°C with a load of 5 kg, both determined according to ISO 1133; 3) SIC index from 2.5 to 5.5, preferably from 2.5 to 4.5, and more preferably from 3.2 to 3.9; wherein SIC index - a crystallisation index of shear determined by the following relation: index SIC = (tstarted, SIC at 1000×tstarted, motionless)/(100×HLMI), where tstarted, SIC at 1000 is measured in seconds and is the time required for onset of crystallization at a shear rate of 1000 sec-1, tstarted, motionless is measured in seconds and is the time at the onset of crystallization temperature of 125°C in the absence of any changes, determined under isothermal conditions by differential scanning calorimetry; HLMI - is the melt flow index, measured at 190°C with a load of 21.6 kg in accordance with ISO 1133. Polyethylene composition, blow molded product, is also disclosed, as well as the process of preparing the polyethylene composition.
EFFECT: obtained resin composition with high toughness, reduced flow instability and reduced shrinkage.
