SUBSTANCE: by means of the near radio communication module of the mobile terminal, a near radio communication with the outside is established via an external antenna connected to the mobile terminal, and a communication antenna is formed during the operation of the closed loop with the near radio communication module. Herewith the mobile terminal contains an audio interface and the communication antenna is formed by the headphone wires, each of which on both ends is fitted with the first connecting antenna element and the second connecting antenna element. The second connecting antenna element is an audio plug of the headphones, and the near radio module is provided with the first connecting element and the second connecting element, wherein the second connecting antenna element is connected to the second connecting element of the near radio communication module via an audio interface. Determining, whether the closed loop is formed between the communication antenna and the near radio communication module, includes determining, whether the first connecting antenna element of the headphone wires is connected to the first connecting antenna element of the near radio communication module and, if connected, it is determined that the closed loop is formed. The near radio communication performance includes the connection of the audio interface to the near radio communication module to enable the near communication module to realise the near radio communication with the external side via the external connecting antenna relative to the mobile terminal.
EFFECT: increasing the ability to detect near radio communication signal and its quality by using headphones as an external antenna.
