FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: it is proposed to introduce identification mark into the product package covertly, which includes the identification code for information encoding, relating to the product manufacturer and the contents of the product. In order to protect the identification mark it is performed at the breaking up closure element, while opening, the encoding characters are performed in binary code. The identification code is the sequence of multi-character combination of the product bar code digit number, applied to the side surface of the object and / or the revenue stamp in the binary code and the other data, disclosing the product content. Reading of the identification code is carried out after separating of the breakable part of the closure, containing the identification mark. At that the presence of the identification mark and the identification mark digital number matching in the binary code with the digital bar code number, applied on the product, indicates the product authenticity and legality of its production.

EFFECT: reliability increase of the protection and confirm the products authenticity.
