FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal peeler contains a housing, an annular deck placed in it, a rotor fixed to the hollow shaft, with the rotor made of two disks fastened together and with the blades located between them. On the side of the discs end the deck has a round concave bevel with a radius not less than the distance of the gap formed between the rotor disks. The blades are made in the form of a curve obtained by approximating a broken line described by a certain equation.
EFFECT: improved quality of grain processing.
