FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device as a validity check on electric power metering by its metering instruments comprises a lattice network of two energy storage capacitors of a similar volumetric capability through the couple of diode and multilayer semiconductor switch placed in series with branch of a lattice network, along with the in series attached to the a lattice network diagonal line inductance choke and multilayer semiconductor switch of a discharging circuit. The multilayer semiconductor switches of discharging and charging circuits are bounded up with the engage drive circuit which provides with the energy storage capacitors charge in the first quarter of every circuit voltage interval period and the charge in reverse in the circuit within up to the circuit voltage second quadrature. Along with this, a coupling capacitance with a tension coil of the watt-hour meter, which is under check, is wired in parallel to the inductance choke of a discharging circuit. The capacitance of this watt-hour meter C* is selected in such a way that it complies with the terms of voltage resonance across the double power-line frequency 2ω=1/(LKHC*)1/2, where ω=2πf is a rate of phase change of the utility (314 rad/s), LKH is a tension coil inductance of the watt-hour meter, which is under check, f=50 Hz is a power-line frequency.
EFFECT: watt-hour meter running check efficiency upgrading at the cost of the voltage buildup in the output terminators of the watt-hour meter, which is under check, when lattice network energy storage capacitors discharging.
