FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed device feature is that charging current switches used thyristors, and control circuit switching on of thyristors of charging and discharge circuits with short pulses is based on serial connection connected with synchronizing voltage comparator, two series-connected inverters, outputs of which via two differentiating RC-circuits are connected to two pulse power amplifiers with transformer output, connected to output of first differentiating circuit, and third pulse power amplifier connected to output of second differentiating circuit, and secondary isolated between winding output of pulse transformers are connected to control inputs of appropriate thyristor bridge circuit.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of thyristor control device.
