FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: plant for producing plaster boards comprises the belt conveying device (10) having the support belt (11), the first supply channel (24) for the first shell (12), such that the first shell (12) is directed to the support belt (11), the gypsum supply channel (22) supplying the gypsum slurry (13) from the mixer (23) to the first shell (12) to form rough gypsum plastering (14) on the first shell (12) in such a way. Furthermore, the plant comprises the second supply passage (25) to the second shell (15), such that the second shell (15) is applied to the rough gypsum plastering (14) and a plaster layer (16) is formed, comprising the first shell (12), the rough gypsum plastering (14) and the second shell (15), as well as the aligning device such as, for example, a levelling bar (17) or a levelling roller, to level the gypsum layer (16), and the metering device (26). Whrein the metering device (26) is designed and installed in order to decrease as compared to the predetermined amount VV the amount V (t) of the gypsum slurry (13) introduced between the first shell (12) and the second shell (15), with the predetermined synchronization frequency f for a predetermined time interval tΔ. Wherein the metering device is arranged near the moulding table (28), is preferably integrated into the moulding table (28) on which the gypsum layer (16) is moulded and pressed by means of connecting the first shell (12), the gypsum slurry (13), and the second shell (15). Wherein the metering device (26) comprises the limiting blade (29) or the restraining roller disposed perpendicularly to the movement direction of the belt conveying device (10) and constructed movable in the direction of the rough gypsum plastering (14) with the predetermined stroke h in the direction orthogonal to the movement direction in the longitudinal direction of the limiting blade (29) or the limiting roller.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of resistance to the effects that may occur due to the intended material deformation in the area of gypsum layer curing.
