FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system and method for the manufacture of gypsum plasterboards. The system includes a molding station, a conveyor and a cover sheet punch system. And the molding station is designed to form the gypsum plasterboard in such a way that the gypsum plasterboard is in a given range of thicknesses. The conveyor is designed to move the gypsum plasterboard along the longitudinal direction from the molding station. At the same time, the conveyor is designed to support the gypsum plasterboard in such a way that the first cover sheet of the gypsum plasterboard rests on the conveyor. In this case, the conveyor runs along the longitudinal direction and along the transverse direction, and the transverse direction is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The cover sheet punch system contains a punch roller, a roller support frame and a motor. The punch roller is located after the molding station relative to the process flow along the longitudinal direction. In this case, the punch rolleris rotatably mounted on the roller support frame in such a way that the punch rollercan rotate around the axis of rotation. The roller support frame supports the punch roller so that the pivot axis runs along the lateral direction. In this case, the support frame of the roller is designed to put the punch roller in contact with the second cover sheet of the gypsum plasterboard moved by the conveyor. The drive motor is connected to the punch roller to rotate the punch roller around the rotation axis. In this case, the drive motor is designed to rotate the punch roller to create a series of perforations in the second cover sheet as the gypsum plasterboard passes by the punch roller. The method involves moving the gypsum plasterboard along the longitudinal direction from the molding station to the punch roller, further passing the gypsum plasterboard along the longitudinal direction under the punch roller, while the punch roller contacts the second cover sheet of the gypsum plasterboard and creates a series of perforations in the second cover sheet.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of manufacturing gypsum plasterboards.
