FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for measuring temperature is proposed, comprising a heat flux sensor that consists of a sensor element, which uses, for example, thermoelectric converters contacting through a sample heat conducting plate with a heater that are housed in a heat-insulating housing. The sensor element is connected to the input of a direct current amplifier, the output of which is connected to the sensor heater via a series-connected controlled frequency generator (CFG), the pulse former (PF) is connected to the sensor heater, while the output of the CFG 6 is connected to the output of the device. The proposed tracking system of the frequency-pulse type of automatic temperature control of the heater of the heat flow sensor is characterized by high accuracy of operation and linear dependence of the signal on the temperature being converted.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of the device by eliminating the reference voltage source that sets the undervoltage of the amplified voltage from the output of the heat flow sensor and the square root extraction unit.
