FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to thermometry. Declared digital temperature meter, which contains pavement measuring circuit 1, the shoulders of which include temperature sensor 2 and a temperature-sensitive element of a thermistor of indirect heating-cooling (TIH) 3, measuring diagonal through serially connected amplifier 4, selectable peak detector (SPD) 5, storage capacitor 6, the controlled frequency generator (CFG) 7, the pulse standardizer in duration and amplitude 8 is connected to the heating-cooling semiconductor winding of the TIH 3. Output of the CFG 7 is connected to the input of digital temperature indicator 9, the diagonal of the power supply of the bridge and the control circuit of peak detector 5. Power supply of the bridge circuit with unipolar pulses of high duty cycle excludes self-heating by measuring current of the bridge arms.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of the digital temperature meter and expanding its functionality.
