FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind power plant comprises at least one wind turbine and electric generator 1 with shafts connected on one axis mounted on the suspension device. The suspension device is elastic element 2, for example a spring, and the wind turbine is composed of at least two upper and lower impellers 3 connected to each other by means of straight vertical blades 4, the upper end of the elastic member being suspended by means of fixation devices to a natural elevation, artificial constructions or buildings 5.
EFFECT: increased work safety in case of strong winds.
