FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: 1 g of spinage dry extract is added to 1 g or 3 g of sodium alginate suspension in butanol containing 0.01 g of E472c preparation as a surfactant. Then, 5 ml of methylene chloride is added, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered off, washed with methylene chloride and dried.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of spinage dry extract nanocapsules obtaining process, increasing their yield by mass.
