FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular to nano-capsules preparation process, and describes a glucosamine sulfate nano-capsules preparation method in a shell of sodium alginate. Method is characterized by that the glucosamine sulfate is added in portions to a sodium alginate suspension used as the nano-capsule coating in petroleum ether, containing 0.01 g of E472c preparation as a surfactant, stirring the resulting mixture and adding 6 ml of a butyl chloride precipitate, filtered off and dried, wherein the core / shell mass ratio is 1:1, or 1:3, or 5:1.
EFFECT: method ensures the simplification and acceleration of the process of producing nano-capsules, reduction in losses in the production of nano-capsules, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
