FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electronic fuse contains an NPN-type transistor, the first and second PNP-type transistors, an optoelectronic relay, the first and second diodes, a voltage regulator diode, a condenser, eight resistors, a positive and negative power supply terminals and an output terminal. The base of the NPN-type transistor is connected to the first outputs of the first resistor, to the condenser and to the second resistor. The second outputs of the condenser and the second resistor are interconnected and connected to the negative power supply terminal and to the emitter of the same transistor, which collector is connected to the first output of the third resistor. The emitters of the first and second PNP-type transistors are interconnected and connected to the first outputs of the fourth and fifth resistors, to the anode of the control LED of the optoelectronic relay and to the cathode of the first diode, which anode is connected to the positive power supply terminal and via the power switch of the optoelectronic relay to the output terminal and anode of the second diode 6, which cathode is connected to the first output of the sixth resistor, which second output is connected to the second outputs of the third and fourth resistors and to the base of the first PNP-type transistor, which collector is connected to the cathode of the control LED of the optoelectronic relay, to the second output of the first resistor and to the collector of the second PNP-type transistor, which base is connected to the second output of the fifth resistor and to the cathode of the voltage regulator diode, which anode is connected to the first outputs of the seventh and eighth resistors, which second outputs are connected to the cathode of the second diode and negative power supply terminal.

EFFECT: expansion of the functionality and application area, increase in speed of overcurrent protection response.
