FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: voltage stabilizer contains a current source, the negative terminal of which is connected to the positive terminal of the input voltage source and to the drain of the MOSFET transistor, and the positive terminal of which is connected to the gate of the MOSFET transistor, to the cathode of the Zener diode, as well as to the collector of the first npn transistor and the first terminal of the first capacitor, the second terminal of which is connected to the base of the first npn transistor, the collector of the second npn transistor and the collector of the first pnp transistor. The anode of the Zener diode is connected to the source of the MOSFET transistor, the first terminal of the first resistor, which is connected to the positive terminal of the reference voltage, connected to the first terminal of the fourth resistor, which is connected to the first terminal of the second capacitor. The negative terminal of the input voltage source is connected to the emitter of the first npn transistor, connected to the first terminal of the second resistor, which is connected to the first terminal of the third resistor, connected to the first terminal of the fifth resistor, having a connection to the second terminal of the second capacitor and to the common wire. The second terminal of the first resistor is connected to the emitters of the first and second pnp transistors. The second terminal of the second resistor is connected to the emitter of the second npn transistor. The second terminal of the third resistor is connected to the emitter of the third npn transistor. The base of the first pnp transistor is simultaneously connected to the second terminals of the fourth and fifth resistors. The base of the second npn transistor is connected to the base of the third npn transistor, and also, together with the collector of the second pnp transistor, to the collector of the third npn transistor. The negative terminal of the reference voltage source is connected to the base of the second pnp transistor.
EFFECT: increased performance, reduced output resistance over a wide frequency band, and protecting the control element from accidental breakdown.
