FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: temperature measuring device is proposed comprising a bridge circuit for compensating for the cold junction temperature, a stabilised power supply, a thermocouple, a voltage divider consisting of a potentiometer and a resistor included in the diagonal of the bridge supply, wherein the negative thermocouple electrode and the midpoint of the voltage divider are connected to the measuring diagonal of the bridge. The device is further provided with a voltage converter to a frequency, a reverse pulse counter, a binary frequency multiplier, a frequency divider, a subtracter, a two-input "OR" gate and two digital controlled resistors, the code inputs of which are respectively associated with the outputs of the forward and reverse codes of the reverse counter, the potentiometer is connected to the positive electrode of the thermocouple via the input circuit of the voltage converter to frequency. The second input of the subtraction circuit is connected to the output of a binary multiplier, the inputs of one operand are connected to the outputs of the reverse counter, and the inputs of the other operand are connected to the outputs of the frequency divider, the input of which is connected to the reference frequency bus. The summing input of the reverse counter is connected to the output of the voltage converter to the frequency, and the subtracting input of the reverse counter is connected to the output of the binary multiplier, with the first input of the subtracter connected to the output of the voltage converter to the frequency, the two outputs of the subtracter are connected to the inputs of the two-input "OR" and the sign outputs of the change rate in the temperature of the device, and the output of the "OR" circuit is connected to the output of recording the rate value of the temperature change. The output of the forward counter of the reverse counter is connected to the output of recording the value of the measured temperature by the device, one digital controlled resistance is connected between the first terminal of the potentiometer and the midpoint of the voltage divider, and the second one is connected in series between the second terminal of the potentiometer and the supply terminal of the divider of the stabilised power source.
EFFECT: increasing the speed and reliability of the device, expanding the functionality, determining the change rate along with the measured temperature.
