FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: moulding compositions contain mixtures of graft copolymers with a defined particle size distribution obtained by emulsion polymerization and by polymerization in bulk, solution or suspension. On the one hand, they are suitable for the production of non-lacquered parts with mirror-shining surfaces in a wide range of technological parameters (including high processing temperatures), and on the other hand, they accurately reproduce the texture of finely structured etched surfaces of moulds, mould with different surface textures in a single stage of injection moulding, it is possible to manufacture details with both mirror-shiny and deep-matt surfaces without the need for subsequent additional processing surfaces.
EFFECT: moulding materials have high heat resistance and low-temperature stiffness, and excellent resistance to fatigue cracking when exposed to chemicals, which is particularly important in the case of non-varnished parts.
