The power transmission device is mounted on the tubular frame assembly to provide the retraction and/or extension of the telescopic frame in the tubular frame assembly. The winch is adapted to be connected to the tubular frame assembly and has several lines connected to the tarpaulin for covering and/or opening the cargo. The system is mounted on a forklift to cover the cargo with tarpaulin and/or to remove tarpaulin from the cargo.
