SUBSTANCE: sealant contains the tubular collar and flange area, passing in the transverse direction from the collar and enclosing it. The collar is attached to the flanged section, using the elastic sleeve, passing between the collar and the flange section for flexible installation of the mentioned collar top end at the desired distance from the flange section.
EFFECT: improvement of the roof operational reliability.
