SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a multi-position device for switching a current source including a switching control unit, N current circuits, and N loads. Each current circuit is formed by a constant current source circuit and a switching circuit. One terminal of the first load is connected to the load power source, and the other terminal of the first load is connected to the output terminal of the circuit of the constant current source of the first current circuit and one terminal of the second load; one terminal of the i-th load is connected to the other (i-1)-th load terminal and the output terminal of the circuit of the constant current source of the i-th current circuit; and the switching control unit controls the output current of the corresponding constant current source circuit through an appropriate switching circuit. When the circuits are switched, the output voltage of the current switching circuit to be switched off is reduced to zero according to a predetermined voltage variation value, and the output voltage of the current switching circuit to be turned on is increased to the highest operating voltage according to a predetermined voltage variation value, so that the current on the load does not exceed the preset current and is not zero during the switching. N is an integer not less than 2, and i is equal to 2, 3, 4, …, N. Each switching circuit includes a counter configured to perform subtractive counting according to a clock signal from the switching control unit when a high level control signal of the switching control unit is received, to perform summing counting according to a clock signal from the switching control unit when a control signal of the low level of the switching control unit is received, and to output a counting signal.
