FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device contains two support-power brackets 16, 17 with fasteners 18, 19. An electric motor 20, 21 connected to the corresponding spindle 22, 23 is fixed to the console protrusion of each bracket 16, 17. At the end of one spindle 22, there is a device 26 for fixing one of the ends of the core 30, and at the end of the other spindle 23 there is a tensioning mechanism 28 with a device 29 for securing the other end of the core 30. The device also comprises a power supply and motor control system 20, 21, which provides synchronous rotation of the electric motors 20, 21. The brackets 16, 17 are fixed to the opposite edges of the bearing surface of the object 36 used as a frame. The core 30 is pre-tensioned by means of a tensioning device 28, and two pins 43, 44 are spaced between the core 30 and the leading edge of the supporting surface at a distance from each other equal to the length of the working portion of the string. The core 30 oscillates and strengthens its tension until it achieves a sound pitch of the pitch level of the reference tone produced by it, the frequency of which corresponds to the frequency of the core oscillations, stretched with the force calculated for the production of this string. Next, the pushers 43, 44 are removed, the electric motors 20, 21 are turned on, which synchronously drive the spindles 22, 23 and the core 30, and feed the cores 30 with a bender to wind it.
