The tank (1) is connected to the drainage device of the fountain (3), it is equipped with a device for opening the pipeline (6) connecting the water supply system (8) to the fountain nozzle with an empty flushing cistern, and overlapping the pipeline (6) with the flushing cistern filled with waste water from the fountain. The way to operate a public toilet is that the public toilet described above is used for natural needs.

EFFECT: reducing water consumption, increasing hygiene, creating comfortable conditions for users, increasing the efficiency, providing visual control over the toilet filling.
