SUBSTANCE: toilet contains several toilet cubicles with a toilet bowl (7) and a flushing cistern containing a tank (1) for waste water. The tank (1) is connected to the drainage device of the fountain (3), it is equipped with a device for opening the pipeline (6) connecting the water supply system (8) to the fountain nozzle with an empty flushing cistern, and overlapping the pipeline (6) with the flushing cistern filled with waste water from the fountain. The way to operate a public toilet is that the public toilet described above is used for natural needs.
