FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: high-pressure turbine contains impeller as a disc wheel with it working blades with internal cooling cavities, front channels, supply to the shoulder blades of the cooling air, nozzle apparatus spins, bladeless diffuser, fixing locks blades, support and two mobile labyrinth seals, as well as the extra oil ring blades and circular ledge, executed on canvas drive impeller. Ring with extra oil blades using bayonet connections is enshrined under the rim of the disk. Bladeless diffuser is tightly fixed to the apparatus spins, with the formation of the gap between one wall and the side clearance between the ring and the other wall and circular ledge. Movable seals installed in educated gaps, and support flexible seal made between drive impeller and nozzle apparatus spin. Labyrinths are made on the rotary parts of the seals, directed in the radial direction from the apex of the rotor axis and touch by cellular performed o-ring seals with statornymi parts of turbine. Grooves for blade-fixing locks are made in the disc rim and the blades feet. The channels supplying air in the blade are made in the form of a groove in the disc under the blade locks, and openings are made opposite the grooves in the disc in the blade-fixing locks from the attachable ring side. The cooling cavities of the blades are sequentally communicated with the channels supplying air in the blade, with the cavities under the attachable ring with booster blades and with the cavities of the bladeless diffuser and the twisting apparatus.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the weight of the impeller and improve its cooling, increase the reliability and life of the turbine and simplify its manufacture and regulation of the axial force.
