FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine engine rotor support angular contact comprises an angular-contact ball bearing and a supplementary angular-contact ball bearing the center races of which are shaft-mounted. Both angular-contact ball bearings center races are axially and circumferentially gang- and shaft-mounted. There is a shim ring between neighboring center races flat ends. A supplementary angular-contact ball bearing outer collar is installed into a body, on an internal surface of which there is a flange from a compressor sideline. This flange contacts on flat ends to an outer collar of a supplementary angular-contact ball bearing. Both angular-contact ball bearings are housed within the common vessel where angular-contact ball bearing outer collar is axially fixedly-attached towards the last-named by virtue of a flange which is accomplished from its internal surface sideline and inside screw correspondingly. There is an axial spring between the neighboring flange flat ends and a supplementary angular-contact ball bearing outer collar. The angular-contact ball bearings common vessel is set up in the dismountable support housing and is designed with a possibility of axial pier axis displacement. The displacement is defined by the support housing walls. There is an annulus between the support housing wall and the neighboring angular-contact ball bearings common vessel flat ends and the body flat ends. There are members in the annulus around the circumference. These members are radially bounded by angular-contact ball bearings common vessel and by axial collar step correspondingly, that is executed on one of support housing walls. The surface of each mentioned members faces the support housing wall and has a round form. There are two ledges on the opposite surface the flat ends of which are in contact with the angular-contact ball bearings common vessel flat ends and the body flat ends correspondingly.

EFFECT: invention allows to enhance operational reliability of the compressor due to the decrease of the total axleload on the rotor ball-and-roller rear support while gas-turbine engine running.
