SUBSTANCE: method of downloading a file used in the first mobile terminal, which requires to download a file, wherein the method includes determining at least one second mobile terminal for receiving a file among the plurality of mobile terminals which are able to connect to the first mobile terminal, transmitting a request to partition and downloading the file to be uploaded to the server, and the request for the partition and downloading the file, which is to be downloaded, includes the proportions of partition sub-files sizes, which is determined in accordance with the file size that is to be loaded, and in accordance with the performance and throughput of mobile terminals, and the download correspondence relation between partition sub-files and mobile terminals, so that the server splits the file to be downloaded into a plurality of sub-files according to said proportions and transmits each sub-file to a corresponding mobile terminal subject to said download correspondence relation after the second mobile terminal completes a sub-file reception, obtaining the sub-file received by the second mobile terminal, which has complete the sub-file reception, and, when all the sub-files have been obtained, combining them into one file and storing the file.
