SUBSTANCE: device, containing the first bandpass filter with 2 MHz band, six signal turning multipliers, the detector, the second bandpass filter with 200 kHz band, the MX multiplexer, the third bandpass filter with frequency tuning F0-Ft/2, the phase locked loop of the delay tracking system, N- and M-bit pseudo-random sequence generators, the fourth bandpass filter with the 5 kHz band, the fifth bandpass filter with frequency tuning F0-Ft/2, the frequency autocorrelation unit, the speed measurement channel, two integrators, the phase locked loop on the carrier, the sixth bandpass filter with the band 64 kHz, the low-pass filter, the synchronous detector.

EFFECT: increase of the transmitted information volume by the command radio system of the command- measuring system, when using the reserve of the information signal code structure, which allows receipt of the transmitted additional information flow at any speed without introducing of the additional antenna or additional receiving device of the command-measuring system and without changing the requirements to antenna-feeder device.
