SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to receivers of signals of satellite radio navigational GPS and GLONASS systems with open code of the frequency range L1. The receiver comprises a radio-frequency converter, N channel digital correlator, N channel device of digital processing of correlation counts with the multiple parameter tracking device containing the shift register of complex input signal, ROM of values of orthogonal polynoms, set of digital units for reference signal formation, units for formation of correlation of input and reference signal in the sliding window and other digital units and their communications together providing iterative process of finding of the most plausible estimates of amplitude, phase, frequency and speed of signal frequency change.

EFFECT: ensuring reliable tracking of signals with the level 30 dBHz without failures at breakthrough up to 8000 G/s that corresponds to the sensitivity 9,5 dB higher than that in the same dynamic conditions.
