ELECTRONIC-HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM WITH THE BULLDOZER DRAWING Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E02F3/84 E02F9/22

Abstract RU 2624079 C1

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed electronic-hydraulic control system dozer blade comprising pump hydraulic attachments, the main valve, the hydraulic cylinders lifting-lowering the blade and the additional valve, communicating with the two cavities of hydraulic cylinders lifting and lowering the blade, and an electronic circuit comprising a pressure sensor in the piston cavities lifting-lowering cylinders blade coupled to the analog-to-digital converter which is connected with a comparison circuit, which allows to set the value of hydraulic fluid pressure, the output of which is a control input of the additional distributor. The latter is made two-item with electronic control. Two hydraulic cylinders are also connected to the main distributor, changing the cutting angle of the blade, the rod cavities of which are connected to the working branch of the pneumohydraulic accumulator connected via the OR valve and the check valve to the hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic pump of the attached equipment or to the pressure hydraulic line of the servo control pump of the tractor's side friction clutches. And an additional two-position distributor is connected to the pressure hydraulic line of the hydraulic system pump of the attached equipment, controlled from the pneumatic accumulator, which is equipped with a manometer for the working drain. In this case, the output of the additional two-position distributor is connected by a drain line with a hydraulic tank. A two-stage distributor is connected between the working tap of the accumulator and the drain line, the first stage of which, with electromagnetic control, has electric control circuits connected with the electronic control circuit of the hydromechanical transmission of the tractor, the second stage cascade is hydraulically controlled. And the output hydroline of the additional two-position distributor is connected to the piston cavities of the hydraulic cylinders of the angle of cutting of the bulldozer blade.

EFFECT: increase in the productivity of bulldozers and an increase in the lifetime of the pump.
