FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: automatic control system for the ripper cutting angle is proposed, comprising a hydraulic tank, a main and an auxiliary pump, a safety valve, a main distributor of the ripper hydraulic actuator, lifting and lowering actuating cylinders and a ripper cutting angle changing cylinder, an electromagnetically controlled distributor whose control windings are connected to the control unit provided with an engine load sensor. Wherein the rod cavity of the cutting angle changing cylinder is constantly communicated with the working outlet of the hydropneumatic accumulator connected via the "OR" valve and the check valve to the pressure line of the main pump or to the pressure line of the auxiliary pump. The input of an additional two-position distributor controlled from the working outlet of the hydropneumatic accumulator, equipped with a manometer, is connected to the pressure lines of both pumps. The output of the two-position distributor is connected by a drain line to the hydraulic tank. The distributor with electromagnetic control is made two-stage and connected between the working outlet of the hydropneumatic accumulator and the drain line. The spool of the first stage of the distributor with electromagnetic control has electric control circuits connected to the electronic control unit of the hydromechanical transmission of the tractor, equipped with a speed sensor of the output shaft of the hydromechanical transmission. The spool of the second stage is hydraulically controlled. Wherein the output of the two-stage distributor is connected to the piston cavity of the cylinder for changing the cutting angle of the ripper.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of automatically changing the cutting angle, taking into account the rock resistance to cutting by means of electrical control circuits connected to the electronic control unit of the hydromechanical transmission of the basic tractor.
