FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: when an intoxication syndrome and a serum urea level of 2 mmol/l and lower ia detected in the acute disease period, intestinal dysbiosis is determined that occurs with metabolic endotoxemia in the presence of excessive multiplication of proteolytic intestinal bacteria, and detoxification therapy is prescribed. If inflammatory syndrome and urea levels more than 2 mmol/l are detected, intestinal dysbiosis that occurs with a deficiency of the microflora functional activity is determined, and antibacterial treatment is prescribed.
EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy and validity during selection of the proposed treatment.
