FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device includes an observation well 1 with a chamber 15 that is hydraulically connected to a drain 2 and in which a recess 3 is formed. A locking element 4 consists of movable flaps 5 connected by a soft shell 6. The movable flaps 5 are attached to the wall of the recess 3 by a hinge 7. The cavity of the soft shell 6 is communicated by a pipe 8 with a receiver 9 with a working medium filler (for example, air). The observation well 1 is made in the form of a closed reservoir and has the lower inlet 11 and outlet 12 openings. The middle part of the well 1 is divided by the partition 10 with the receiver 9 placed on top. The receiver 9 is connected to the compressor 13 and the pump 14, respectively. The compressor 13 and the pump 14 are connected to a programme unit 18 with an electrical circuit and electromagnetic water level sensors 16 and 17 connected thereto in the level control chamber 15. The unit is also provided with time selectors for periodically switching on or off, respectively, the compressor 13 or the pump 14 via known electromagnets associated with the programme unit.
EFFECT: reducing the material consumption and reliability in work with the possibility of flushing the deposits in the drain during the process of moistening and draining the land.
