SUBSTANCE: for each horizontal row of photosensitive elements of the matrix image sensor, three vertical strip filters of red, green and blue alternating in the vertical direction are applied. Between multiphase generator and binary counter added three frequency divider, and between the lens and the mirror the rotating bezel with optical filters red, green, and blue is installed. Thanks to the use of the three-field decomposition regime and rotating filters, which ensure that the converter is illuminated in the first field through the red filter, in the second field through the green filter and in the third field through the blue filter, the number of vertical samples increases threefold. In this case, the image of the first field that has passed through the rotating red filter comes to the accumulation elements through the horizontal red filters, the image of the second field that has passed through the rotating filter of green goes to the accumulation elements through the horizontal filters of green colour, and the image of the third field that has passed through a rotating light filter of blue colour, enters the accumulation elements through horizontal colour filters of blue colour.
EFFECT: increasing the resolution of the television system with discrete image converter.
