SUBSTANCE: plant for manufacturing drywall comprises at least one circulating device (10) in the form of a conveyor belt for obtaining a gypsum layer formed from the upper shell (27), the lower shell (28) and the single-layered or multilayer gypsum core (26) arranged therebetween, and for moulding and curing the gypsum layer (16). Wherein the device (10) in the form of a conveyor belt has a support belt (11) providing a support for the bottom side (17) of the gypsum layer (16). Wherein in the vicinity of the device (10) in the form of a conveyor belt, there is a device for ultrasonic impact with one or more ultrasonic radiators (15, 20, 22, 24). Wherein at least one lower ultrasonic radiator is arranged between the support belt (11) and the bottom side (17) of the gypsum layer (16), and the support belt in the vicinity of said ultrasonic radiator passes along the deflecting device (13).
EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of ultrasound application and its introduction into the gypsum layer.
