SUBSTANCE: motor slip determination method comprises the stage, where the radial component of the exterior magnetic field intensity is counted as the diagnostic alert. The radial component recording is implemented by virtue of the magnetic field detector which is mounted on the motor frame within the stator core length midpoint. One runs a validation check on the slip evaluation due to the relevant scaled expression for the engines with multiple numbers of pairs of poles.

EFFECT: better message signal interference protection and rise of the received slip value validity for engines with multiple number of poles.
