SUBSTANCE: composition comprises component (a): a compound of a rare earth element having a bond rare earth element - oxygen, wherein said rare earth element is gadolinium, component (b): an ionic compound consisting of an anion on the basis of the tetravalent boron cation, selected from the group consisting of a carbonium cation, oxonium cation, ammonium cation, phosphonium cation, cycloheptatrienyl cation and ferrocenium cation, containing a transition metal, and component (c): at least od a compound selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by the following general formula (X), and a compound having a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (Y): YR¹_aR²_bR³_c … (X); (-Y … (R¹) O-), wherein Y is a metal selected from Group 13 of the Periodic Table of the Elements^, R¹ and R² are hydrocarbon groups having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or hydrogen atoms and R³ is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R² and R³ are the same or different, and a=1, b=1 and c=1.
