SUBSTANCE: invention relates to copolymer of conjugated diene compound and non-conjugated olefin. Claimed is copolymer of conjugated diene compound and non-conjugated olefin, where copolymer is represented by block-copolymer, with monomer units of conjugated diene compound being characterised by the fact that it contains 1,2-adducts, which also includes 3,4-adducts, constituting 5% or less, and monomer units of conjugated diene compound are characterised by content of cis-1,4-bond higher than 92%, where block-copolymer has any of the structures (A-B)x, A-(B-A)x and B-(A-B)x, where A represents block sequence, including monomer units of non-conjugated olefin, B represents block sequence, including monomer units of conjugated diene compound, and x represents integer number, constituting at least 1, and if block-copolymer has structure. (A-B)x, x does not equal 1. Also claimed are rubber composition, cross-linked rubber composition and tyre, manufactured with application of rubber composition.
EFFECT: provision of copolymer, used for manufacturing rubber, characterised by high resilience modulus, low deformation heating, resistance to crack propagation.
