SUBSTANCE: invention generally provides devices, systems and methods for the improved adaptation of the transmission power for the platforms with wireless communication. The device may include the memory for storing the first transmit power level (Tx) and Tx power determination module for receiving the second Tx power level from the device driver, at that the second Tx power level is presented by the basic input / output system (BIOS), connected to the platform on which the device is positioned. The Tx power determination module may additionally determine the third Tx power level, based on the comparison of the first Tx power level and the second Tx power level. The device may additionally include the frequency signal transmitting module (RF) to transmit the signal over the wireless communicationon at the third Tx power level.

EFFECT: improvement of transmission power adaptation for the platforms with wireless communication.
